About
working as associate professor and Head of pediatric cardiology service at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) Network, with special interest in intervention for pediatric and Adult Congenital / Structural Heart Disease. Being a Head of department and supervisor of college of physicians and surgeons Pakistan, I am involved in training of Postgraduates and fellows. 12 fellows already completed training and working as faculty at different centers, also supervising pediatric cardiology services at all satellite centers of NICVD (10 centers) and also working as a Director of pediatric cardiology services for satellite centers. Also involved in training and teaching of all adult cardiology fellows and faculty for ACHD, Interventions and working as a team. Doing all types of CHD / Structural interventional procedures in pediatric and Adult patient, doing approximately more than 100 cases per month and also teaching to my fellows. I have special interest in research and publication, Published more than 40 publications in different national and international journals. Also working as a executive editor of Pakistan Heart journal, Chair of Scientific council of pediatric cardiology, Director of Pulmonary Hypertension NĪCVD Centre.

(1). I feel sorry for your illness. Please start any good multivitamin that contain all vitamins plus copper, zinc and magnesium and folic acid. One tablet daily for one complete year. You can take it for two complete year without stopping. You must continue using your treatment of POCS . Those medicine should not be stopped for 6 months to 1 year. Must visit your doctor In between. Bless you.
(2). I feel sorry for your illness. Please remember this disease is lifetime illness and required constant management of disease. You must do follow up to your doctor and adjust exercise, diet, medication dosage according to your condition seasonally. Bless you.
(3). I feel sorry for your painful experience of family member. Yes you can give these meds crushed and mixed in tea but their effect will be less due to their crushing but they are useful. Secondly, try to wake her during day and evening time. If she sleep in morning or day time obviously she wont sleep at night. There must be some physical activity like excercise, dance or long evening walk which make her tired. Give her a fresh bath just a cold running water bath daily before night sleep. She starts sleeping. Remember her sleep period is not more than 3-4 hours because she is not like other people. She is different. And it is not a problem all you guys need to adjust her not correct her. Bless you..
(4). With aging near vision became weak and not functioning as normal. It also associates far vision in later life. As mention in your description that person is aged. So he just need good eye glasses after eye examination and if recommend get surgery . Also use fresh salads and yogurt in diet Bless you.
