Introduction
working as associate professor and Head of pediatric cardiology service at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) Network, with special interest in intervention for pediatric and Adult Congenital / Structural Heart Disease. Being a Head of department and supervisor of college of physicians and surgeons Pakistan, I am involved in training of Postgraduates and fellows. 12 fellows already completed training and working as faculty at different centers, also supervising pediatric cardiology services at all satellite centers of NICVD (10 centers) and also working as a Director of pediatric cardiology services for satellite centers. Also involved in training and teaching of all adult cardiology fellows and faculty for ACHD, Interventions and working as a team. Doing all types of CHD / Structural interventional procedures in pediatric and Adult patient, doing approximately more than 100 cases per month and also teaching to my fellows. I have special interest in research and publication, Published more than 40 publications in different national and international journals. Also working as a executive editor of Pakistan Heart journal, Chair of Scientific council of pediatric cardiology, Director of Pulmonary Hypertension NĪCVD Centre.

(1). Hi, Miss Tayyaba sorry to hear that but dont use leflox or any other antibiotics like this, because it doesnt have any role in acne vulgaris. Most of the time it goes away by itself with the age. Please follow the following steps and use the medicines too: * Drink plenty of water (8/9 glasses of water). * Avoid all those food or drinks in your diet which gives you acne especially spicy food or chocolates. * Try to eat fruits. * Clycin-T lotion apply 2times aday for 20days. * Tab. Dear safa, your symptoms most probably suggest urinary tract infection. kindly get your cue done from a good lab and if it shows infection than we will go for c/s urine. take plenty of water. start cranmax sachet 2 to 3 times a day and prophylactically drink 1 sachet of monurol 3g dissolved in half glass of water only for 1 time. hope it will resolve your problem. do update.
