Your progesterone injections/suppositories are appropriate, but these new symptoms can indicate threatened miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. Please do the following: Get a repeat HCG after 48 hours then get an urgent pelvic ultrasound also, Continue progesterone as advised If bleeding increases or pain becomes severe, go to Emergency immediately These symptoms can still settle with proper monitoring, but evaluation should not be delayed.
