(3). for pain related to menstruation ponstant forte is better than panadol. 2ndly for loose motion take cap immodium 2 cap for the 1st time nd then 1 cap after each loose motion till it resolves also take ors sachet in 1 ltre of water and consume it within 24hrs.nshallah u will recover..
