Introduction
My name is Dr Amir khan. I have done FCPS in the subject of diagnostic radiology from Pakistan. I have worked in the Radiology department for the last five years. I worked as a trainee radiologist initially and currently serving as a senior registrar, I have assisted in running MRIs, x-rays, ultrasounds and CT scans. I can read these tests with complete accuracy and report my findings to the patient’s physician. In addition to performing the duties of this job, I have learned ways to help patients feel better about having these tests run. Many patients are scared and worried about their medical condition and the idea of having these tests can be terrifying. Putting their mind at ease is important to help reduce some of the stress they are under and it is good customer service. I also have experience discussing the results of the tests with physicians and comparing the findings of these tests with other tests that have been run.

(3). Any history of anabolic steroid intake? Get semen analysis and serum testosterone levels and penile doppler..
(4). Thank you for requesting opinion regarding your condition. There seem to be a few issues that should be addressed. 1. Re: The pain & numbness you feel in your chest - Is it linked anyhow to your breathing? Getting worse while taking deep breath? Does it get affected by any specific posture? Do you feel any increase in the pain while moving your arm ? If you answer YES to any of the above questions, there is a lesser chance of any worrisome pathology. 2. Your tiredness seems to be linked to high glucose level. The glucose range of 210-300mg/dl - is this fasting or post-meals? Both ways, it is HIGH. And this needs to be addressed. 3. It is imperative, that you take some sort of measures to reduce your weight which would help both your sugar control as well as your muscle strength (which gets affected by diabetes) 4. Considering your relatively young age, you need to be vigilant about long-term complications of diabetes which can adversely affect your quality of life. -- We can have a detailed discussion regarding these issues anytime via online consultation, if you seem so..
