I passed my MBBS from Punjab Medical Faisalabad, in 1996, and completed my house job from Allied Hospital. Then I joined the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad (PIMS) as a resident in internal medicine and passed my FCPS in Internal medicine in 2002. After that, I worked as a senior registrar at Shifa College of Medicine and Shifa International Hospital for 2.5 years. At the end of 2004, I went to the UK for the MRCP and came back in June 2005. Later on, I joined Fatima Memorial Hospital, Lahore, as a senior registrar, Internal Medicine. In December 2006, I moved to Kuwait and completed my MRCP UK in 2007, and I was awarded FRCP Edinburgh in 2016. I also completed my SCE in Endocrinology and diabetes from the Royal College of the UK. I have vast experience in Internal medicine and diabetes. I am an expert in using insulin pens and GLP-1 receptor agonists like Victoza, Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Trulicity. Moreover, I am quite familiar with new technology like Libre Sensor. Additionally, I can treat all patients which comes under the domain of internal medicine, like Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, infections, PUD, hepatitis, stable IHD,heart failure, stroke ,TIA, DVT, Pulmonary embolism, IBS, etc DR.
