(1). Dear please share your culture reports and along treatment taken..if she is having recurrent UTI ,patient needs to do cystoscopy but before ultrasound as well as,stone disease can also cause recurrent UTI.
(2). Yes dear we will need details of scan..but one thing is for sure..scrotal examination is mantory without that it is very hard to say anything..but by your history we can say it can recurrent hernia or varicocele..but you need to be examined by a urologist in detail.

(4). Dear for your case..i could understand is a case of persiatent UTI case along with vaginitis Please do urine culture and start on flucanazole 150mg once and then same tablet after 3 days..and let me know when culture report is ready.
