I am a diagnostic radiologist having MCPS and FCPS after completing MBBD degree from khyber medical college. In adition I am having certificate in Interventional radiology. Apart from doing every kind of normal and Doppler ultrasounds, i am having experience in ultrasound guided procedures like Biopsies including breast, liver and lymph nodal biopsies Aspiration Tumor marker placement Drain placement FNACs I also am competent in reporting xrays, CT scan, MRI and mammography scans. Having experience of 5 years.. i run a busy clinic in Madyan swat daily from 2 to 6 with leave on each friday

(1). Do some more labs to find out the cause ....RFts n ecg n fasting glucose level n serum electrolytes ......according to ur previous lab reports of urine rbcs in ur urine ...u hv some kidney problem may be UTI ...for this do urine c/s .....
(2). You need colonoscopy for the diagnosis of lower GI bleeding.
(3). Medicine can cause stomach swelling and ulceration. In case of vomiting and blood you need to see in hospital where gastroenterologist available for proper treatment.
(4). Need proper life style modification Maintain good and regular schedule of meal intake Adequat fibers in diet Adequat hydration In case of pain need to see gastroenterologist.
