Introduction
I am a diagnostic radiologist having MCPS and FCPS after completing MBBD degree from khyber medical college. In adition I am having certificate in Interventional radiology. Apart from doing every kind of normal and Doppler ultrasounds, i am having experience in ultrasound guided procedures like Biopsies including breast, liver and lymph nodal biopsies Aspiration Tumor marker placement Drain placement FNACs I also am competent in reporting xrays, CT scan, MRI and mammography scans. Having experience of 5 years.. i run a busy clinic in Madyan swat daily from 2 to 6 with leave on each friday

(1). Take nexium before meal n three times aday n famotidine too then avoid spicy oily n fried items n latenight meals n cola n tea.

(3). Sores are painful seems like herpes so take valcovir 500mg TID for 5days Doxycycline 200mg for 14 days Azomax 500mg for 5days.. Otherwise show to vdrl centres n avoid doing sex without cpndom.
(4). Use lamisil tab daily and lamisil cream n lotion for 6weeks.
