I am a diagnostic radiologist having MCPS and FCPS after completing MBBD degree from khyber medical college. In adition I am having certificate in Interventional radiology. Apart from doing every kind of normal and Doppler ultrasounds, i am having experience in ultrasound guided procedures like Biopsies including breast, liver and lymph nodal biopsies Aspiration Tumor marker placement Drain placement FNACs I also am competent in reporting xrays, CT scan, MRI and mammography scans. Having experience of 5 years.. i run a busy clinic in Madyan swat daily from 2 to 6 with leave on each friday

(1). if u r a muslim u should trust in Allah and accepte what he is rewarding u with u should submit ur will to ALLAH he will grant u with the best for u as a punishment ALLAH might deprive u of having children when u want so be fearful of ALLAH.
(2). usually there r less chances of pregnancy as she is breast feeding as for u r knowledge if this is khiair from ALLAH accept the pregnancy and tawakul on ALLAH.
(3). agree with the given post u need to do a pelvic usg with full bladder.
(4). any associated discharge is it curdy white?like yogurt then most likely its fungal infection u need antifungal it hat case u should always try to keep u r vulva dry and free of oisture whn u finish wash room wipe vulva from front to back use cotton under wear /cotton pants and no tights wear loose pants and under wears some times its a fabric allergy from polyster or wool.
