I am Dr Azmat Ullah working as Consultant Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist in SMBZAN IC Quetta and practicing in City International Hospital Quetta. I did my graduation from Bolan Medical College Quetta. I did my first fellowship in Cardiology from one of the prestigious cardiac institutes of Pakistan, AFIC/NIHD RWP. Then I did my second fellowship in International Cardiology from the same institute and currently practicing as consultant Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist in Quetta Balochistan.

(1). Syp Abacus 100mg/5ml 3ml+3ml for 7 days Syp Hydralin DM 5ml+5ml+5ml for 5 days. Syp Unifyllin 100mg/5ml. 5ml three times a day ...8 hourly. Syp Panadol 5ml 6 hourly for 5 days . Incase there is no improvement, then the following investigations will be needed CXR , FBC, CRP.
(2). Intraocular lens can be implanted in eyes after the age of 2 years. Meanwhile the patient should wear glasses (aphakic correction) all the time to prevent it from becoming a lazy eye..
(3). Dear noor weight gain and periods irregular first thing u check your tsh and prolactin and do your pelvic scan on 13th day Take folic acid vitamin d omega and vitamin e daily Reduce your weight Once done send ne your reports.
(4). Dear kinza you can use dompy tab two times a day and take lactofair two times it will help u to have milk inshalla Injection name u can share then can guide furtger.
