I am Dr Azmat Ullah working as Consultant Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist in SMBZAN IC Quetta and practicing in City International Hospital Quetta. I did my graduation from Bolan Medical College Quetta. I did my first fellowship in Cardiology from one of the prestigious cardiac institutes of Pakistan, AFIC/NIHD RWP. Then I did my second fellowship in International Cardiology from the same institute and currently practicing as consultant Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist in Quetta Balochistan.

(2). You need to visit a Medical clinic of any hospital. A detailed history, physical exam & investigations, are needed to diagnose your disorder..
(3). Deximox eye drops 4 times for few days and better to consult nearby eye eye specialist if sypmtoms persist.
(4). For vomiting you can take envepe 2tabs at night Get blood tests done cbc & electrolytes to rule out you dont need fluids via drip or admission.
