I am a General, Laparoscopic, and Thyroid Surgeon. A General surgeon helps you to manage and treat day-to-day surgical problems. Surgical problems may be easily seen outside the body like swelling, a wound, a hernia, Goitre, or a breast lump or they may be hidden inside the body like appendicitis, gall bladder stones etc. Laparoscopic surgery (Key hole surgery) is my field of interest. I perform laparoscopic surgery for a variety of issues like Gall stones, Appendix removal, diagnostic Laparoscopy, and Laparoscopic cystectomy. My special interest is in thyroid disorders of all kinds. Thyroid-related disorders are very common in our country esp in the area where I serve. : People have large goiters which remain undiagnosed and/ or mal-treated. My aim is to approach thyroid disorders methodically. I especially perform operations on the thyroid for goiter, thyroid cancer, and other tumors. Sometimes medicines are required to control thyroid issues and surgery is not the answer. My patients with thyroid disorders remain at close follow-up with me. (1). I feel sorry for your illness. Please note that at this age with so much weight your knees are unable to hold your body that is why you feel pain and something underneath. Firstly use glucophage tablet 500 mg morning and night times for at least 6 months. Do not stop even if you feel better. Take 6 months course. Also visit orthopaedic specialist doctor for medication or injection therapy. Bless you.
(2). I feel sorry for your painful experience of family member. Please note that female aging 50 plus years starts getting near or far vision problem it is our continent related community acquired disease. Go visit eye specialist and use surgical treatment or eye glasses usage. Start using any good multiplayer that contain all vitamins plus copper, zinc and magnesium. One tablet daily for at least 9 months. Bless you.
(3). I feel sorry for your painful experience of your family member. Please note that less usage of treated eye and ice packs will help regaining health. Also it is too early to think its cured. It will take 2 months for complete pain free. Because of her age. Give her good salads, fruits and healthy diet. Bless you.
(4). Sorry for your inconvenient experience of eye discharge. Please visit to the same eye surgeon as follow up checkup . It seem like there is some infection. It must be examined. Bless you.
