Please continue them exactly as advised by ur psychiatrist and never stop or reduce them on ur own as they will give withdrawl symptoms.. Understnd this that the duration of treatment is different for every patient...Some people can reduce medicines slowly under their doctors supervision, while others may need long-term treatment to prevent relapse...If you remain stable for a long time so it means ur treatment is working well which is very encouraging...These medicines dont stop you from getting married....Many people with bipolar disorder have healthy married lives and successful pregnancies... (3). For discharge u can use tab canestin 1 vaginally once only, apply canestin cream on affected area for 1 wk. Tab flagyl 400mg 8 hrly for 1 wk .Tab piriton 1 at night in case of itching. Oral sex is not allowed in Islam .u can have STD..
(4). Do u have constipation??u can use lidocaine gel & GTN for 5 days. U can have headache & hypotension due to GTN cream . So take care of that.. eat diets having fibre like fruits ,vegetables,.
