(1). Dear patient U have UTI most probably. Take citrosoda saciet 3 times daily for 5 days and drink atleast 1.5 litres of water daily. Thank you.

(2). Dear patient Your history is not clear but if its overdue with ur periods it can b pregnancy. Take some one in confidence and go for ultrasound for further management. Thank you.

(3). Dear patient No report attached here. Patient s wt is more if pregnancy is confirmed then take less carbs as more wt will lead to diabetes in pregnancy and if not pregnant, reduce wt , do walk, less carbs, protein and fruits in diet . Then plan pregnancy. Thank you.

(4). If there is acute problem of stye swelling since few days. You have to do the warm compression 3-4 times per day for 5-10 minutes and for 3-5 days . If swelling is small no needs for oral antibiotic but if large stye should start augmentin 625mg bid to tid for 5 days. Brufen 400mg bid for 3-5 days. Fucithalmic eye drops tid for 5-7 days..
