Some Recent Responses of Doctors to Patients' Queries

(1). Hello Memoona, Ur symptoms are concerning especially u said “worst headache of life” wid blurred vision and severe light sensitivity...Please go to ER/urgent care immediately to rule out serious causes...Though this cud be a severe migraine but other dangerous causes like: Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Meningitis Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension acute glaucoma must be ruled out first before treating as migraine. Avoid screens, rest in dark room but for now dont delay evaluation.....

(2). Hello Mr. Shah,, As ur child’s major tests are normal so the cause may still need detailed evaluation....Please follow up regularly with a pediatric neurologist. Try to observe and record what happens before and during each episode like if she feels dizziness, stress or she is fasting,, her body movements or she does eye rolling during attack..what is duration of attack and also recovery time....Ensure proper sleep, hydration and meals on time...If an episode lasts long,...like more than 5min breathing becomes abnormal or any injury occurs then please visit ER immediately......

(3). The acne pattern that u r telling with increased facial hair suggests a possible hormonal component such as PCOS because acne is persistent and involves cheeks n back....Stress can also worsen acne more.. For now my advise is...1.Use a gentle face wash twice daily 2.Start a non-comedogenic moisturizer like Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel or Physiogel Daily Moisture Therapy Lotion or Bioderma Sebium Hydra or Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser and sunscreen regularly 3.Avoid picking pimples to reduce red marks 4.Adapalene gel at night and benzoyl peroxide/clindamycin in morning can help active acne And for back acne use a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide body wash or soap... I would also advise u to go for hormonal causes with tests including 1.ultrasound pelvis 2.Testosterone/DHEAS 3. LH/FSH ratio 4. Thyroid profile If acne is severe or scarring or hormonal, oral medicines may be needed under dermatologist supervision....so kindly visit skin specialist if not solved with above advise... Dont take stress as many girls n women face this problem...its quite treatable.... Do simple walk n exercise...read books of ur choice☺️ take plenty of water....stay happy as happiness is the best glow on face n best remedy... Best wishes....

(4). Apki history male pattern hair loss ki hai...Finasteride and Minoxidil is condition me commonly use hote hen...24–25 din me result nahi ata....kam se km 3–6 months lagte hen... • Finasteride se kuch logon me mood changes ya depression ho sakta hai,, lekin hr kisi me nahi hota... Kyun k apko pehle anxiety ya depression rahi hai, mood symptoms monitor karna important hai...Agar apko severe low mood ya suicidal thoughts ayen to medicine stop krke Dr se consult karen...Baqi Minoxidil regularly use karna zaroori hai wrna benefit kam ho jata hai...I will also advise k ap Protein-rich diet len jesy anday, dal, doodh wagera..need 8hrs ki puri rakhain aur stress control bi important he...thori routine exercise aur bookd reading bi helpful rahege... Agr possible ho to basic tests karwa len jesy CBC,vitamin D, thyroid profile... In ki lab result share kejiyega... JazakaAllah.....
