(1). You need to visit your ophthalmologist and get your eyes examined.
(2). Diagnosis: nodulecystic acne.. Treatment Cap azomax 500 mg once daily for 5 days. Mix adapco cream and clycin-T oint... Use it once daily at night for 3 weeks.
(3). Recurrent renal stone would mean that you were operated for renal stones and it recured... Have ever sent stone for chemical analysis?.
(4). Start tablet ciproxin 500mg 1 in the morning and 1 at night.. Also tablet flagyl 400mg 1 tab in morning, afternoon and at night.. For 3 days. Give alot of fluids especially ORS..
