I would suggest doing all of the following workup, if not done recently. 1-CBC 2-ESR 3-Serum Calcium, Phosphate, Alkaline phosphatase, 25-OH Vit.D level 4-Serum Albumin 5-LFTs 6-Serum Creatinine 7-IgA level 8-TSH 9-Serum B12 level You must regularly follow-up with an experienced gastroenterologist in Islamabad e.g. at PIMS, Shifaa International. (2). You should go any hospital ER immediately and get yourself evaluated..
(3). You need to visit a Medical clinic of any hospital. A detailed history, physical exam & investigations, are needed to diagnose your disorder..
(4). Deximox eye drops 4 times for few days and better to consult nearby eye eye specialist if sypmtoms persist.
