After Doing house job at the province biggest Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar, Dr Inayat Ullah Joined Shifa International Hospital Islamabad for training in Paediatrics. Aap ne jo medicines di hain (Klaricid aur Acefyl), wo commonly is tarah ke infection ke liye use hoti hain, to treatment sahi jaa raha hai. Kuch zaroori mashwaray: 1. Klaricid ka course mukammal karein, chahe symptoms theek ho jayein. 2. Bukhar ke liye Calpol syrup (paracetamol) use karein. 19kg ke weight ke liye 5ml har 6-8 ghantay baad de sakti hain agar bukhar 101°F se zyada ho. 3. Steam inhalation din mein 2-3 dafa den, taake chest tightness kam ho. 4. Zyada pani pilayein, dehydration se bachaayein. 5. Agar symptoms barh jayein jaise ke saans lene mein dard, lips neelay padhna ya bukhar 3 din se zyada rahe, to foran doctor se physical checkup karwayein.
