I am Dr Indra currently working as FCPS-II trainee at one of the known institution in karachi NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CHILD HEALTH. Currently posted as senior resident. I have also cleared all theory exams of MRCPCH UK and currently preparing for clinicals as well. I m recently working on two articles regarding paediatric diseases as well.

(1). Kids under 5 are usually vaccinated for tetanus but if not can be given tetanus toxoid inj. Cleaning of wound with antiseptic pyodine soap n water.. N polyfax applied with dressing.
(2). Sugar after meal should not be more than 180 Before meal should not be more than 110 Use motilium tab with meal for gastric pain N nexium after meal for few days.

(4). Usually In hospital setup sputum culture is done with repeat xray to see what xact is condition.... Severe pneumonia takes time 10days to settle n if any complication is ocuuring need to reexamine the child why things arent improving... Sometimes if chronic sort of lung condition is connected to cystic fibrosis... Sweat chloride test is done.
