(2). I feel sorry for your illness. Please start any good multivitamin that contain all vitamins plus copper, zinc and magnesium and folic acid. One tablet daily for one complete year. You can take it for two complete year without stopping. You must continue using your treatment of POCS . Those medicine should not be stopped for 6 months to 1 year. Must visit your doctor In between. Bless you.
(3). I feel sorry for your illness. Please remember this disease is lifetime illness and required constant management of disease. You must do follow up to your doctor and adjust exercise, diet, medication dosage according to your condition seasonally. Bless you.
(4). I feel sorry for your painful experience of family member. Yes you can give these meds crushed and mixed in tea but their effect will be less due to their crushing but they are useful. Secondly, try to wake her during day and evening time. If she sleep in morning or day time obviously she wont sleep at night. There must be some physical activity like excercise, dance or long evening walk which make her tired. Give her a fresh bath just a cold running water bath daily before night sleep. She starts sleeping. Remember her sleep period is not more than 3-4 hours because she is not like other people. She is different. And it is not a problem all you guys need to adjust her not correct her. Bless you..
