(3). Get ur sugar BP check n reduce weight.. Do xercise n take sumoxen for migraine.. N forbp xtor once aday.
(4). Avoid shampoo hair product use. Oiling n baby shampoo.. N take konaz for dandruff.. Take healthy diet get sugar n thyroid checked.
