(1). Syp Fibo 5ml+5ml daily for 1 month Syp Lacasil 10ml+10ml+10ml as needed Patient is also required to get the following tests and inform me in next appointment FBC, Serum TSH, Ultrasound Abdomen Patient is needed to get toilet training, if not already trained . (2). Syp Abacus 100mg/5ml 3ml+3ml for 7 days Syp Hydralin DM 5ml+5ml+5ml for 5 days. Syp Unifyllin 100mg/5ml. 5ml three times a day ...8 hourly. Syp Panadol 5ml 6 hourly for 5 days . Incase there is no improvement, then the following investigations will be needed CXR , FBC, CRP.
(3). Intraocular lens can be implanted in eyes after the age of 2 years. Meanwhile the patient should wear glasses (aphakic correction) all the time to prevent it from becoming a lazy eye..
(4). Dear noor weight gain and periods irregular first thing u check your tsh and prolactin and do your pelvic scan on 13th day Take folic acid vitamin d omega and vitamin e daily Reduce your weight Once done send ne your reports.
