(1). Control his hypertension as high bp affects kidneys.
(2). No need to cure. these are normal for some people. But better to visit opd for proper managenent.
(3). As diabetes effects three main systems 1.eyes 2.nerves 3.kidneys so you should start Gabix 300mg once daily and one tab methecobal for three months so symptoms will minimise and also check for your eye sight…plus give us your fasting blood sugar and hbaic so that I can manage accordingly.
