(2). Citalopram is approved for panic disorder but not for Generalized anxiety disorder..

Is waqt sab se important dehydration means pani ki kami se bachana hai so bachay ko ORS choti choti quantities me bar bar den. Vomiting ho to 5–10 minutes ruk kar 1–2 teaspoons har 1–2 min den..Motherfeeding aur normal feeding continue rakhen; bachay ko bhooka na rakhein. Fever ke liye syp panadol ya febrol 1ts den ya bachay ke wet ke mutabiq den.. Juice,cold drinks ya apni marzi se antibiotics ya vomiting ki medicines na den... Please bachay ko jaldi qareebi pediatrician se examine krwaen agr vomiting bar bar ho, bacha ORS/fluids na pee sake, urine kam ho, bacha bohat sust ho, munh dry ho, aalnkhen dhansi hui hon, stool me blood ho, ya fever 3 din se zyada rahe... Agr ap bachay ka current weight, max temperature, vomiting/loose motions ki frequency aur urine output bataein to me apko further guidance de sakti hoon.... Hope kid is doing well now....
