Also use simple one cup boil water as warm water tea in evening and day time Whenever you feel stuffy use boil water cup to drink. At least 6 continues weeks. Bless you.
(3). I feel sorry for your illness. Please revisit your doctor who wrote deltacotril. It must not be more than 15 days and should not be use by self medication. Night sleep disturbances and coughing is due to this. Eat your dinner @ maghrib and not after 7:30 pm. And go to bed at 10 or 10:30 pm not later than this.
