(1). Continue with medicine and get your ultrasound done for gb status and hpylori test Avaoid spicy and fried food.
(2). Just record temperature every 4 hourly,increase fluid intake avoid cold & sour. Chart The temperature in writing. Tab.Panadol 2 tablet after food every 8 hourly.Review after 24 hours.
(3). First you have to establish whether you are hypertensive or not by recording ur readings twice a day.. Share that chart and then ur family history, blood testing and imaging will help to find out the cause of high bp.
(4). Take syp.dijex MP 1 spoon thrice daily. Cap.esso 20mg two times daily Avoid spicy food and fried food.
