Avoid spicy deep fry.. Oily food.. Cold drinks bakery items n junks during this treatment.. Take fruit. Fresh vegetable n home prepared food.. Milk n yogurt in your diet.

(4). U have to go to pschycologist n neurologist. For the cause to be excluded n inderal 10 mg bd can be given in case of esp. Work.
