(3). Its one of the commonest symptom in ramadan.. Ie pain in legs mostly after iftaar. It could be secondary to vast physiological changes that occur in our body after getting done with iftaar. Since its the lastbweek and ramadan will over soon insh ALLAH. you dont need any work up for the pains. You can take tab panadol.
