(1). U should go to emergency... Immediate icing.. Medicine to control pain like caflam Tight supported panty n lie with pillow beneath them elevated legs wide apart..
(2). Go for spirometry.. Whether u have asthmatic changes or not.. Xray.. N this breathlessness occurs at night? U can use reliever inhaler like salbutamol 2puffs.
(3). No u can go for corona test but u flu takes 7days atleast to go take paracetamol 2tablets two time aday For three days Kehwa Steam Yakhni.. Soups.. Cough syp if needed.
(4). Enlarged lymph nodes in abdomen can be caused by infections, inflammatory conditions and more serious issues like blood cancer. Infections and inflammatory conditions can be treated and, fortunately, blood cancer in children have good cure rates if diagnosed early and treated appropiately. Your child needs a proper physical examination and some labs will be advised accordingly to rule out the cause..
