It is my pleasure to introduce myself that I Dr Muhammad Shoaib a neurosurgeon with FCPS 2020 certification and a passion for providing quality care to patients with neurological disorders. I have been working at Mohmand Medical Complex in Peshawar, Pakistan, since 2020, where I have gained valuable experience in performing complex surgeries, such as craniotomies, aneurysm clippings, and spinal fusions, diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions, such as stroke, epilepsy, and brain tumors, and collaborating with other specialists and staff. In addition to my clinical and research experience, I have also obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and a certificate of EP&CM from the USA, which have enhanced my knowledge of public health issues, epidemiological methods, and clinical management strategies. As a highly skilled neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the medical field, I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional patient care. I obtained my FCPS in 2020 and have been practicing, where I have gained invaluable experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions of the brain and nervous system. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in medical research and technology. I am constantly seeking new opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills, and have completed numerous training courses and attended various workshops and conferences to further my education. My passion for the field of neurosurgery is evident in the care that I provide to my patients. I understand the importance of personalized care and work closely with each of my patients to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. (1). You do not need antibiotics for allergy or any viral fever. The main treatment should be Syp panadol 1 tsf tds if she has fever Nebulisation x 4hrly wth ibnep solution 0.5 cc + 2 cc normal saline Montelukast sachet 4mg at night regularly. Mix it in small 1/4 glass of water and give it regularly at night. And syp rigix 1/2 tsf x HS Go to nearby doctor if she has difficulty in breathing as it can be asthma and the treatment protocol will be different..
(2). You can use norsaline drops 2 drops in each nostril twice daily before feed. Dont feed directly after putting the drops. Feed after 20 minutes. Use humidifiers in the room Nebulise with normal saline 2cc x 6 hrly..

(4). There is so much missing in the history,the words u have mentioned ,some of them can be red flag symptoms for Malignancy as well or depending on duration of symptoms,if they are acute symptoms then attend emergency ,u do need a proper consultation.
