My name is Dr. Muhammad Younas Orakzai. I hold an MBBS degree from King Edward Medical College, Lahore, and have completed FCPS in Internal Medicine from Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar (CPSP) and FCPS in Gastroenterology & Hepatology from Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar (CPSP). I am currently running my private clinic at Doctors Hospital, Hangu Road, near Police Lines, Kohat. My areas of special expertise include the management of diabetes, hypertension, hepatitis B and C, liver and stomach-related disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, headache, joint pain, fever including malaria and typhoid fever, as well as depression and anxiety.

(1). 18 weeks is mostly the lower limit of onset of babys movements...so generally it is normal not to feel movements till now. If you are still really concerned about the well being of baby then get an unltrasound (preferably anomaly scan which is already due now).
(2). baby usually starts moving in 20 to 24 wks so dont worry , get antenatal checkup from gynaecologist for.routine check.for bp, sugar and blood.cp plus some antenatal anamoly scan.
(3). get semen analysis.plus baseline investigations including TSH,LH ,FSH, Prolactin, testosterone levels, and also.same tests for wife on second.day of.menses.
(4). blood.cp karwalein, aur ye susti shaid AP key zehn mein ha ap walk.karein exercise karein aur fruits aur vegs khaen.
