(3). Kids under 5 are usually vaccinated for tetanus but if not can be given tetanus toxoid inj. Cleaning of wound with antiseptic pyodine soap n water.. N polyfax applied with dressing.
(4). Sugar after meal should not be more than 180 Before meal should not be more than 110 Use motilium tab with meal for gastric pain N nexium after meal for few days.
