Some Recent Responses of Doctors to Patients' Queries

(1). Hello emaan.i am sorry to hear this.you still have intermittent temprature. firstly its important to confirm that you really had typhoid in past?or was that some thing else? if it was typhoid fever confirmed by blood cultures or stool cultures and if it hasnt been treated well ,then it can sometimes seed to different systems in body , you need to be seen by local consultant physician , -things important to ask you will be , do u have night sweats? have you lost weight unintentionally ? do u have any cough or phlegm? do u have any abnormal lymph nodes enlarged in body? do u have any change in bowel habits? do u have back pain ? you would also need Blood testing ,including full blood count /ESR/Liver function tests/Chest xray /Blood cultures/Urine cultures if above didnt shows much ,then probably you would need imaging studies like Ct scan of chest ,abdomen hope you get well kind regards.

(2). control your stress get yourself checked by dermatologist in person if you have dandruff or any other scalp condition that needs to be treated well -oiling can harm your scalp as ,it prevents natural oil in your scalp to seed your hair follicles -check you bloods ,especially Vitamin D -depending on your scalp condition ,combination mesotherapy with prp could benefit with topical 5 topical minoxidil for thickening as well resistant case Either FUE or FHT hair transplant may be the last option.

(3). if it has been diagnosed by the neurologist after examining you ,then you can take propanolol 10mg once daily and after one week increase to 10 mg twice daily if your blood pressure is alright. dont take it if you have asthma .regards.

(4). hello . were you seen by dermatologist or your local doctor? had u had any treatment that time? if not had treatment ,then you can use topical miconazole cream twice daily ,and continue for 10 days after it has healed ,DONT STOP IF IT GETS BETTER ONLY -if you already had cream used-then u might need oral antifungal also keep your inner legs clean and dry , sweating can cause return of fungus , drink lots of water and check for your Diabetes.
