Apka BMI 16.5 bunta hai jo k Underweight me aata hai....ye apki sehat k liye acha nahi.... Its better to visit some experienced dermatologist for proper treatment... Dobt rely on home remedies or casual acne creams... Get a proper checkup and follow drs advise... Dont delay it ... Ap jald se jald suppliment start kren qk defiency aisy khatam nahi hoge aur ye apk bones pr b effect krega....aur body k baqi systms ko bhi... Ap multi vitamen len... Me yahan commertial names nahi likh sakte... Ap qareebi physicians ko dekha kr proper dose me suppliments start kren... Cap fefolvit Tab ossnate d... Ye to common hain ....ye dono sath nahi lejiyega...absorbtion me problem krengy...like calcium ap rat me.len n fefolvit din me.... In k side effects zyada nahi... Atleast 3months regulry khaen... Usk ilawa mutton khaen hari patti wali sabzyan len..doodh piyen... Helathy rehna hamri first priority hone chahye....
