I am Fellow College of physicians & Surgeons Pakistan in the specialities of Internal Medicine (FCPS Medicine) & Cardiology FCPS (Cardiology). I have clinical experience of more than 23 years. I see patients with high blood pressure, high sugars(diabetes) & Heart diseases(chest pain, breathlessness, heart attack, heart valve problems). (1). Better to take opinion fm surgeon first,first he rule out gallstone pathology..Wts ur blood pressure status?is that in normal range?.
(2). She should have examined by obstetrician regarding cause of pain,amount of bleeding. Then that will b decided whether to deliver (whatever mode of delivery ,cmmmm) or prolong pregnancy by keeping her on conservative management.
(3). Wt problem regarding pcos is affecting u like menstrual problems,hair growth , acne ??.
