(1). For pregnancy medication some baseline tests should be done both for Husband and wife.if you took medication after the tests then its ok.but with age 40, I suggest dont delay further, if you are not able to conceive with medication , and can afford IVF go for it. Dont delay further..

(2). Tell about your previous routine of cycle, any excessive hair growth on face. Try to focus on your weight, with weight reduction your cycle will start normalizing and chances of spontaneous pregnancy will increase inshaAllah. Start diet, excercise, join Gym try to bring your weight near 60.it will helpful for you for pregnancy and for future health..

(3). I am so sorry to hear that, start mentoring your blood pressure, if persistent high consult your doctor, any swelling of feet or body you noticed need immediate consultation. This headache is new or persistent for last 3 months , any eye changes, blurry vision if yes also need attention. I suggest get one post operative consultation with the doctor who operate you amd get yout c section scar examined as well. Start taking multivitamin. In next pregnancy avoid salt, use calcium 1000mg and low dose aspirin 75 mg form 6 wk till 36 weeks to prevent eclampsia and complication of increased bp. If you hypothyroidism, then its necessary to take thyroxine.but pregnancy me thyroid ki medication ki dose adjust krne pr skti due to pregnancy hormones effects.islie monitor with TSH and free T3 and free t4 levels.it will tell about dosage, regular check up is important in your pregnancy. Never take your calcium and iron with thyroid medication, these will be prescribed to you after 13 weeks. Why you are taking dhuphaston and gravibinon injections, any vaginal bleeding, or lower abdominal pain.?.
