(1). Does your pain increases while you take deep breaths?.
(2). Go for an investigation of urea creatinine from a lab and an abdominal ultrasound with kub and lfts then we will figure out the cause of abdiminal pain and swelling.
(3). Change of sedentary life style. Walk daily stop using fat dairy products and sweet bakery products and do lipid profile and rbs and hba1c and follow up a general physiician for workup.
(4). Do pt/inr if normal do nasal packing and dont penetrate fingers too deep while performing wudoo.
