Night sleep disturbances and coughing is due to this. Eat your dinner @ maghrib and not after 7:30 pm. And go to bed at 10 or 10:30 pm not later than this. This is how your last dinner meal will be digest and you dont feel breath issue. Follow up of your medical specialist is necessary. Please visit him or her. Bless you.
(2). Please share the prescription paper of treating doctor, recent digital X-ray and picture of plaster for better advice..
(3). I dont think you need a gynaecologist opinion. A skin Dr can help. Plus dont watch videos not from gov health department sources like NHS UK.
