(2). U should go to emergency... Immediate icing.. Medicine to control pain like caflam Tight supported panty n lie with pillow beneath them elevated legs wide apart..
(3). Go for spirometry.. Whether u have asthmatic changes or not.. Xray.. N this breathlessness occurs at night? U can use reliever inhaler like salbutamol 2puffs.
(4). No u can go for corona test but u flu takes 7days atleast to go take paracetamol 2tablets two time aday For three days Kehwa Steam Yakhni.. Soups.. Cough syp if needed.
