Graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College in 1991.Did internship in Surgery from Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi than moved to TB&Chest Department DHQ Hospital Rawalpindi. After that joined Pulmonology Department PIMS Hospital Islamabad. In the last travelled to Saudi Arabia for better opportunity &Joined Alsharq Poly Clinic Riyadh as a GP/Family Physician on 26February 1996 &still working there. (1). Take nexium before every meal.. Avoid spicy deep fried take milk n yogurt.. N take gaviscon syrup also after meals take ur dinner before 9 n sleep early.. Avoid caffeine n colas.
(2). U get urself checked thoroughly like weight.. BP.. Height n bmi.. Cbc.. Then total lipid creatinine n lfts.. Ultrasound to see gall bladder n ecg n echo...
(3). Location where it is seems infection. Need to take ampiclox 1g for 7day along with panadol 2tab two time aday.
(4). Use sunblock in sun calamine for itch.. N take bafterath every time u play. N see what allergies u avoid.. Eat healthy fruit n veggies n xercise to built stamina.
