After that joined Pulmonology Department PIMS Hospital Islamabad. In the last travelled to Saudi Arabia for better opportunity &Joined Alsharq Poly Clinic Riyadh as a GP/Family Physician on 26February 1996 &still working there. (1). Take Tablet Alp 0.5 mg for Sleep and Anxiety Tablet Melatonin 3 mg dietary supplements at night only 1 Tablet before 2 hours of sleep Tests required: Thyroid Function Tests(TSH,T3 and T4) Any specific thoughts of depression please describe as well.
(2). U should do quantitative bhcg and do scan accordingly if its more than 3500doctor should see baby sac.
(3). Syp Fibo 5ml+5ml daily for 1 month Syp Lacasil 10ml+10ml+10ml as needed Patient is also required to get the following tests and inform me in next appointment FBC, Serum TSH, Ultrasound Abdomen Patient is needed to get toilet training, if not already trained . (4). Syp Abacus 100mg/5ml 3ml+3ml for 7 days Syp Hydralin DM 5ml+5ml+5ml for 5 days. Syp Unifyllin 100mg/5ml. 5ml three times a day ...8 hourly. Syp Panadol 5ml 6 hourly for 5 days . Incase there is no improvement, then the following investigations will be needed CXR , FBC, CRP.
