(1). Take tab ponston forte 1+1, cap transamine 250 mg 1+1 until bleeding settles (5days) .. it takes about 4-5 yrs to adjust menstrual cycle after menarche. Meanwhile u can have a blood test (complete blood count (cbc)). Send m its report.

(2). Wts ur height & BMI?? Have ur periods started now??get a pelvic ultrasound from radiologist & go for hormonal profile s.FSH,LH,prolactin,testosterone,TSH .. contact m after all this work up.

(3). Y ur wt is on lower side.u can take tab primolute N 1+1 10 days before ur period dates & continue until u want to remain bleeding free .but after stopping that u can have heavy bleeding for that u can use cap transamine 1+1,tab ponston forte 1+1+1for 5 days.

(4). Sometimes due to change of sleep patterns, any stress( as u have recent h/o surgery) periods become irregular/heavy/scanty .. so no worries .eat healthy , regulate ur sleep patterns.meanwhile u can take tab ponston forte 1+1+1 for 3-5 days this will help in setting ur bleeding & pain.
