(1). I can presume that you are not sexually active so hardly any need to investigate the vaginal discharge. If pain can be controlled with paracetamol ibuprofen volterol then no further investigation required. If pain gets worse please have a pelvic ultrasound scan and let me know @shafiqobg.
(2). Aoa.. You are having symptoms of urinary tract infection. Get your urine complete examibation test. In treatment take plenty of water, cranberry sachet in one glass of water twice a day for 5 days Will start antibiotic after your test report if there is need of antibiotic..
(3). Hi. A few parts of hx are missing but by the looks of it you need ct abdomen and pelvis to see if this is not something sinister. Radiologist should also comment on omentum liver and kidneys..
(4). The more sure method will be surgical termination of pregnancy..
