By the description of your pain and that Ur ECG is normal , the most probable cause of Ur pain seems to be gastric issue ( peptic ulcer / Gastritis ) , Im not a cardiologist but as a physician I would advise to take a course of Omeprazole ( 40 mg ) once daily for 2 weeks along with dietary modification to add more fiber , vegetable, fruits , less fast food, carbonated beverages , fried items , more water intake.
