(1). Dear please share your urine routine,urine culture and ultrasound KUB with PVR.
(2). Dear if you are having blood in urine please repeat urine culture and do full abdomen and pelvis ultrasound..it can be because of stone,Uti and any uterine issue.
(3). Dear please share your culture reports and along treatment taken..if she is having recurrent UTI ,patient needs to do cystoscopy but before ultrasound as well as,stone disease can also cause recurrent UTI.
(4). Yes dear we will need details of scan..but one thing is for sure..scrotal examination is mantory without that it is very hard to say anything..but by your history we can say it can recurrent hernia or varicocele..but you need to be examined by a urologist in detail.
