Start intranasal steroid spray likr Nasacort regularly for 2–3 weeks and an oral antihistamine like Cetiriz twice daily for 3 days If green discharge persists beyond 14 days and is associated with fever, facial pain, or worsening blockage then an in-person ENT review is advised to assess the need for antibiotics.Also have some warm honey water and avoid fried and spicy foods..
