(3). Change of sedentary life style. Walk daily stop using fat dairy products and sweet bakery products and do lipid profile and rbs and hba1c and follow up a general physiician for workup.
(4). Do pt/inr if normal do nasal packing and dont penetrate fingers too deep while performing wudoo.
