(1). Fucidic eye drops twice a day for 7 days. Yea eye drops do dafa use karain din main 7 din k liyea.
(2). This is called plantar fasciitis. You need to do x ray of heel. It appears with prolonged standing and especially when you wake up in the morning. It needs x Ray then physiotherapy or surgery.
