(1). u need to do tvs to check the uetrus and ovaries pleas tell u r bmi ( imean ht and wt ) some times pco is a common cause of irregular periods if no periods for 7 months do urine pregnancy test if neg u need to do hormones levels fsh /lh and thyroid functions and usg of the pelvis if pregnancy tes ocmes neg now u should start tab nortehisterone 5 mg orally q 12 hrs for 5 days then leave if periods come do hormone levels on day 2 of the cycle and let us know.
(2). need to know the recent thyroid function tests free t4 and tsh if normal can go for pregnancy use folic acid 5 mg daily.
(3). Yes 3-6mnth course depends on condition treats hep c n after treatment viral hep c pcr is done one month n 6 mnthly to check it is completely treated or not.
