(1). ???.definitely s.b-hcg is confirmatory.. but after 3wks of miscarriage or in case of failing pregnancy UPT could b -ve.
(2). Use canestin cream for 1 wk , cap fluconazole 150 mg once only.. for itching u can take tab piriton tablet at night…tab flagyl 400 mg 1+1+1 for 7 days.
(3). U can use cap transamine 500mg 1+1+1, tab ponston forte 1+1+1 in heavy bleeding days… how’s ur sleep pattern,any stress??because these factors can disturb cycle… u can have a pelvic ultrasound with full bladder to rule out recent uterine/ovarian disease.
(4). Is she breast feeding?? Is he having any fever or discharge??.
