(1). Hello Mr Tariq! You need to see a doctor. He will do local examination including DRE. At the moment use; Ispaghul husk 2TSF in a glass of water two times daily Tab Laxoberan 1 tab two times daily GTN forte cream, apply locally Posterison forte cream, apply locally.

(4). There are many thing to be discussed emotional any stress smoking or other things pschycological too.. Then come Cholestrol issues or BP or any medical problem.
