(2). Tibia is not aligned need nail in it by surgery to b align by orthopeaf secondly take Calcium n Vit d daily for good recpvery.
(3). Take nexium before meal n three times aday n famotidine too then avoid spicy oily n fried items n latenight meals n cola n tea.
(4). Shaukat khanum lahore.. Agakhan karachi are big places to get treatment anmol lahore is cheap.. N Kiran karachi also is cheap. Indus hospital is also free for them...
