(1). For acne clearisel cream on acne or bervoxyl.. Neutrogena acne clear face wash.. Clina gel.. 1retinol at night For spots use lamisil cream n sunblock daily.
(2). High sugar need to b controlled by avoiding sharbat sweet cola... And take glucophage 500mg in between sitamet...
(3). Use support belts while work and take sunny D inj once a week n Calcium daily for 2mnths..can take NEUROBION along once aday as multivitamin.
(4). Tibia is not aligned need nail in it by surgery to b align by orthopeaf secondly take Calcium n Vit d daily for good recpvery.
