I am working as Professor and Head of Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (DGHAN) at Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences (PAQSJIMS) situated in Gambat, Khairpur, Pakistan. DGHAN provides free of cost services including OPD consultation, limited in-patient services and GI endoscopy facilities (including ERCP and EUS). (2). Dear patient This is mostly natural if not causing itching and is fluid is not bad odour. Take less sugar more water and even then u feel same condition take 1 capsule fluconazol ( single dose capsule). Thank you.
(3). Dear patient This patient needs examination by doctor in clinic. And history is not clear as pain in breast before periods is normal. And she took ascard previously, was this taken in pregnancy previously and high BP was in pregnancy then its not related to breast pain. If feel any lump in breast go to surgical consultation as breast is not domain of gynaecology. Thank you.
