Some Recent Responses of Doctors to Patients' Queries

(1). By your history I presume that you are not married and not planning pregnancy soon. In that case you can use tab Norethisterone 5 mg three times a day for 3 weeks. Then one week break during which you will have periods. Alternatively you can use oral contraceptive pills although a taboo to be used in unmarried females in Pakistan but as it prevents ovulation it reduces menstrual pain approximately 80 percent. Let me know when you use them and how much relief you felt. @shafiqobg.

(2). You might have upper respiratory tract infections which is not my specialty. Regarding pregnancy cough and chest infections has hardly any effect on a normal pregnancy..

(3). I can presume that you are not sexually active so hardly any need to investigate the vaginal discharge. If pain can be controlled with paracetamol ibuprofen volterol then no further investigation required. If pain gets worse please have a pelvic ultrasound scan and let me know @shafiqobg.

(4). Aoa.. You are having symptoms of urinary tract infection. Get your urine complete examibation test. In treatment take plenty of water, cranberry sachet in one glass of water twice a day for 5 days Will start antibiotic after your test report if there is need of antibiotic..
