(1). You do not need antibiotics for allergy or any viral fever. The main treatment should be Syp panadol 1 tsf tds if she has fever Nebulisation x 4hrly wth ibnep solution 0.5 cc + 2 cc normal saline Montelukast sachet 4mg at night regularly. Mix it in small 1/4 glass of water and give it regularly at night. And syp rigix 1/2 tsf x HS Go to nearby doctor if she has difficulty in breathing as it can be asthma and the treatment protocol will be different..

(2). You can use norsaline drops 2 drops in each nostril twice daily before feed. Dont feed directly after putting the drops. Feed after 20 minutes. Use humidifiers in the room Nebulise with normal saline 2cc x 6 hrly..
