If u don’t have any problem, no need for any treatment or surgery.as u r 43 , with progressive age,as hormonal levels decline these fibroid sizes will get reduce .is k Ilawa if u have any concerns ,u can tell.

(4). Hello Mahi Khan, For bloating and gas you should avoid oily/spicy foods, soft drinks & overeating..Drink plenty of water and try light exercise daily. You can take SYP DIJEX MP 1.5tsf after meal and before bed time for few days if you are not allergic to it.. Since you also have weight gain and high BP, I recommend a medical check-up to rule out thyroid problems, PCOS, or other causes... Please tell me: Any constipation or diarrhea?
