Oculoplastic and orbital surgery is a specialized field of ophthalmology that focuses on the management of conditions affecting the eyelids, orbit (the bony cavity surrounding the eye), and tear ducts. A variety of techniques are being used including minimally invasive procedures, injectable fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) injections.

(1). You do not need antibiotics for allergy or any viral fever. The main treatment should be Syp panadol 1 tsf tds if she has fever Nebulisation x 4hrly wth ibnep solution 0.5 cc + 2 cc normal saline Montelukast sachet 4mg at night regularly. Mix it in small 1/4 glass of water and give it regularly at night. And syp rigix 1/2 tsf x HS Go to nearby doctor if she has difficulty in breathing as it can be asthma and the treatment protocol will be different..
(2). You can use norsaline drops 2 drops in each nostril twice daily before feed. Dont feed directly after putting the drops. Feed after 20 minutes. Use humidifiers in the room Nebulise with normal saline 2cc x 6 hrly..
